How long does aluminium window installation take?
A standard home (6 to 10 windows) usually takes 1 to 2 days. For large projects such as commercial buildings, the schedule depends on the number of units. We confirm an exact timeline after the site survey.
Does AluFrame provide a warranty?
Yes. We provide a 10-year warranty on the aluminium profile and 5 years on accessories (handles, hinges, tracks). The warranty covers material defects and workmanship. The powder coat finish is also guaranteed against fading for 10 years.
What is the difference between a sliding window and a casement window?
An aluminium sliding window opens sideways on a track, saving space, which suits living rooms. An aluminium casement window swings outward or inward like a door, giving 100% ventilation and a tighter seal against rain. Casement windows suit bedrooms and areas with heavy rain.

Yes, our prices include standard 5mm glass. Upgrading to tempered, tinted or double-glazed glass costs extra from RM30/unit. We recommend tempered glass for all doors and upper-floor windows.
Can I replace my old windows with aluminium windows?
Yes. This is called a retrofit or replacement. We remove the old windows or doors and install new aluminium ones. The process takes 1 to 2 days. The price includes removal of the old windows and clean-up.
